5. Problem Solving and Decision Making: the ability to use digital technologies to solve problems and make decisions.

The Europass Digital Competence Framework offers a self-assessment tool that individuals to test their digital skills and get a certificate to show case their achievements. The self-assessment tool covers varied domains of digital competences and supplies of what each domain entails.
