In this report, ENISA contributes to both practice and research into cybersecurity skills gaps and gaps in two specific areas.
Firstly, it provides an overview of the current cybersecurity skills supply in Europe by analysing the data collected and developed by the recently established Cybersecurity Higher Education Database (CyberHEAD).
Second, it describes the policy approaches taken by EU Member States to increase and maintain their national cybersecurity workforce.
