This working paper describes the development of e-skills in Europe, both for information and communications technology (ICT) practitioners and for e-leadership skills.
It looks at changes related to the ICT workforce, focusing on numbers of ICT students and graduates as a major source of talent entering this workforce. The publication also elaborates trends of e-skills and e-leadership skills demand and supply and presents a foresight scenario and forecast until 2020.
