New technologies and digital innovation are gradually reshaping many sectors. In particular, blockchain has spread across different sectors and functional roles in recent years, with a significant impact on the current labour market.
Chaise’s main mission, as a Sector Skills Alliance, is to address the skills gaps in blockchain technology and to develop a strategic approach to the development of blockchain skills in Europe. The project is also committed to provide future-proof training solutions to meet current and future skills needs of European blockchain workers.
The main objective of this report is to propose a skills strategy to meet the needs of the 21st century. It analyses what needs to be taught (what skills), who (identifying stakeholders) and how (strategies and action plans).
