This discussion paper was prepared as part of the collaboration between the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft e.V. (Association for the Promotion of Sciences and Humanities in Germany) and McKinsey & Company.
It is the third discussion paper embedded in the “Future Skills” initiative of the Stifterverband.
Based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, the paper examines the question of which approaches universities can take to meet the future demand for future skills and what opportunities this opens up for institutional development.
