To ensure that we can fully unleash the ICT power for our society, we need a highly qualified and competent ICT professional workforce. It is essential that the ICT workforce is recovered and assessed and that it is linked to this same task force will keep on grounding to COPE with ever-increasing demand and keep on improving skills, competence and ability to respond to sensitive solutions.
