The MA is a disruptive technology that requires a multidimensional set of skills. As regards digital technology, specific skills are needed in this area. This report provides the basis for identifying skills gaps and requirements in the AM sector for real and short-term scenarios and addresses priorities for the development of AM skills, using a combination of data collection methods from industry organisations and experts from research and technology organisations active in different industrial sectors.
