This report entitled ‘The Future of Work endeavour Skills – A human-centric skills data space’ was published by MyData Accelerator for Work & Skills in 2020. It presents the main results and perspectives of the project, which focused on finding new ways to help jobseekers manage their careers, get a suitable job or receive recommendations on appropriate training, and support employers looking for the best candidates for open positions, while being informed about their skills.
The main objective of the project, as explained in the report, is therefore to create human-centric access to data, work and learning and to enable individuals to reach their dream and take advantage of lifelong learning opportunities. The report further describes the approach, main perspectives and recommended future actions to achieve a common European human-centric data space.
