Supermums is a global company and now offers courses and training on 3 continents. Since 2016, they have helped over 700 mums and daughter in more than 10 different countries start their career in Salesforce or search for their next step in the journey by learning, upskilling or retraining in Salesforce Admin, Marketing Cloud and consulting skills.

The courses on offer are distance learning courses that are fully virtual and flexible around family life, meaning they are perfect for individuals seeking a change in career, returning to the labour market after time off or seeking new skills to add to their CV. A quick look at the milestones:

Supermoms has delivered over £1 million. It has provided over £1m of free training to charitable organisations and has helped over 200 companies recruit better talent.
The current mission is to train 1000 mums in Salesforce by 2023 so they can step into their new, flexible career in Salesforce.
Supermoms was a finalist in the European Digital Skills Award 2018 in the category ‘Digital skills for girls and women’.

How is the authority structured?

Education

The core consists of flexible virtual training courses that facilitate the learning experience and are tailored to individual capabilities.
Self-study

Learning activities are enhanced by the use of Salesforce’s ‘Trailhead’ online learning platform, which is accessed through flexible self-study.
Hands-on experience

The Salesforce Admin course programme provides real work experience that facilitates the process of gaining practical experience for your CV.
Mentoring schemes

Course instructors are available during the courses and will provide weekly mentoring to participants on live webinars alongside the volunteer mentors on the Admin course.
Certification

The training courses available will greatly help interns and trainees work towards various Salesforce Certifications, depending on the course in question.
Job support

The Salesforce recruiting team will endeavour to match interns directly with suitable open job opportunities or refer them to other partners or sources for jobs.
