Main content of the course

The aim of “Masters in Software Engineering” is to provide the student with a deeper knowledge to develop the software of the future that solves complex challenges. The training is aimed at those who have already worked in some way and have worked with software. After leaving education, the student is well placed to start a career as a software technician, software architect or lead development teams. The programme is part-time, which opens up the possibility of combining study and work. For those interested in research in the field at the end of their studies, the training also offers good conditions for research.

Jurisdiction

Bachelor or university engineer degree of at least 180 hp in a technical field, the examination shall include independent work of at least 15 university credits. The applicant must provide evidence of at least two years’ professional experience in software related post-graduate development. Professional experience is expected to include programming skills. Tuition fee
